Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FoodOps (foodops.hivetechs.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. FoodOps is operated by HiveTechs Collective LLC.

Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use FoodOps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.

Account Registration

To use certain features you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FoodOps are owned by HiveTechs Collective LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain FoodOps availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from your settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

HiveTechs Collective LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FoodOps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
