Refund Policy

Overview
HiveTechs Collective LLC wants you to be satisfied with FoodOps. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.
Free Plan
The Starter plan is free and does not require payment. No refund is applicable for the free tier.
Paid Subscriptions
If you are on a paid plan (Pro or Business), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@hivetechs.io with your account email address, the plan you subscribed to, and the reason for your request. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service or if the refund request is deemed fraudulent.
